"Housekeeping went in my room on my birthday and stole my items. Brand new shoes, a brand new tripod for my phone and my credit card. Front desk said they would check the cameras but I haven’t heard anything from them since if you go here please do not get housekeeping until you leave they will rob you then act like nothing is wrong."

"I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. "Room was clean. Staff kind, the cleaning staff needs to be more quiet before 9:00 in the mornings because everything in the halls echoe, slamming of doors, dragging things echoes, and startles you in your room. Food great! "

"The only positive I can give Carina Bay was the beach location and Scott the bartender. Its a shame they claim this is an all inclusive resort. Food options are extremely limited. Very few choices for dinner, with some of the food not being refilled without having to ask staff. They make limited desserts, so get one early before they are gone. "The cove was definitely beautiful. The only thing they didn’t have like an actual bar where you can buy dreams or food nothing is really close by to this film. I was suggesting downtown. Everything was a little bit further out from this location. They had a very small pool, but the hotel itself was very low-key and cute but I just wish I would’ve booked something closer to downtown."
