"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. "Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu.
