"Great hotel and location "

"Hotel is steps away from St Hubert Galleries and the Grand Place with so many shops and restaurants to choose from around the area. Also it’s close to the central train station which is few steps away. They have a cafe’ at the lobby. Staff were fine. The downside is, it’s noisy at night, you can hear artists singing at the square. We had our room cleaned twice for our 5 days stay but housekeeping doesn’t vacuum the carpet and doesn’t mop the BR floor. They only change the towels and make up your...

"J'ai eu froid tout mon séjour même en expliquant la situation et aucune chaîne belge ne fonctionnent. Pour le prix de la nuit c'est décevant"

"We had a wonderful stay overall, and the location was truly fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's main landmarks, the central train station, and countless restaurants and cafés, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The only drawbacks were that the room felt quite small, and it would have been nice to have some additional amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle. "This is a beautiful, understated, hotel with great old world character. Very quiet."

"This is a pretty basic hotel in a great location. The price is right. The break fast is good. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall terrific spot for people in a budget"

"This property was so close to everything! We were close to central station for trains and The Grand Place. So many good places to eat nearby and the staff was very helpful!"

"The place is quite expensive consider its conditions and amenities but the fact that is only 200m away from the station is super convenient for people who plan to take a train back to the airport. "

"Perfekte Lage"

"Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by several unpleasant incidents. On my very first night, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Naturally, this had a major impact on my entire stay. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would, however, like to highlight that the staff member working the night shift was helpful throughout the situation, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On my second...

"Too many staff employees, one half great, other half absolutely awful. But it’s close to the airport, so easy for a nights stay. Be aware of the bartender and his Moroccan sidekick, terrible people, if you’re a tourist."
