Alles was prima in orde goed bed jammer dat er geen clim is maar zelfs met raam open goed geslapen verzorgd ontbijt met verschillend keuzes vriendelijk onthaal

El hotel mediocre y descuidado.

Lo unico bueno, la parada de autobus y tranvia a la puerta del hotel. Una terraza q podia haber sido agradable, pero estaba descuidada y sucia. La papelera a la entradadel hotel, con vómito incluido, no fue limpiada en 4 dias. El desayuno escaso y mal atendido. Una empleada sonandose la nariz y luego manipulando los platos de desayuno. Para no volver. Sin aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador.

Nice accom overall but lacklustre

Nice room and bed, quiet and warm. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. Staff were ok on the whole. Bar was empty, including staff til reception got someone to come. 'Private' balcony wasnt, just a walkway. Acceptable overall.

passez votre route si vous voulez bien dormir

Commentaire déjà donné dans un mail précédent très mauvais accueil, arrivé vers 19h45, pas de bonjour mais un "qu'est-ce que vous voulez ?" assez agressif. Aucun conseil, pour un restaurant local, pour le wifi.... nous dérangions vraiment !!! Insonorisation de la chambre catastrophique, impossible de dormir, nous étions au 5e chambre 255, cela était tellement grave que j'entendais les conversations des passants !!! chambre très petite, sdb très étroite, ancien bien immeuble retapé à moindre cout cependant : bon petit déjeuner personnel du matin, personnel plus expérimenté, très agréable, désolé pour nous...

Friendly service, good location

Very friendly, helpful and fast service. The hotel room itself was basic but comfortable, warm and clean and with everything one needs. Breakfast is included and it has a parking garage where you can park for extra charge. The location is very convenient: there’s a tram stop across the square that takes you right into the center. The neighborhood around the hotel is also nice with top restaurants and a nice shopping street.

hôtel très bien situé quoiqu'un peu bruyant

De retour en Belgique pour affaires privées, nous avons pu disposer des commodités liées à l'emplacement (transports, commerce). L'hôtel est confortable et dispose de balcons. Deux réserves : le bruit lié à la circulation et l'absence de chaînes de télévision françaises.

Very bad hotel

We inform us on Thursday that a restaurant will be close on Friday . So We cannot take our breakfast. We told them about it . Them response was: no it was for lunch not for breakfast. We goes to eat outside for 40 €.

Top Hotel für einen Citytrip nach Brüssel

Sehr sauberes zimmer. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum. Supermärkte sowohl fußläufig, als auch mit Bus oder Bahn erreichbar.

Es un hotel correcto, un poco lejos del centro

Esta reformado en el interior. Bastante cómodo. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y disponen de cocina. La limpieza es correcta. El desayuno también está bien, tanto por cantidad o diversidad de productos como por cualidad. Aunque esta lejos del centro, tiene delante el tranvía que te lleva al centro fácilmente. Si quieres un lugar tranquilo y lejos del bullicio del centro, este hotel es el adecuado.

Old but ok...

When you are visiting Bruxelles for an exhibition and you book late - prices are CRAZY and therefore this hotel was chosen as a combination of availability, price and - well - you could find cheaper much worse! This is a hotel where a little re-decoration, new furniture etc could do wonders. However, I slept there, got an ok breakfast and from that perspective this hotel served its purpose.

Hotel 20 min od centrum, lepiej wybrac obiekt w centrum Brukseli, choć hotel gwarantuje duży komfort. Należało by poprawić okna balkonowe, oraz dodać do wyposażenai łazienki szczotke do sedesu.

Nous avons eu une chambre aménagée pour handicapés, sans que le l'hôtel ne l'ait signalé. la salle de bains est donc compliquée à utiliser (miroirs inadaptés, peu de surface de pose pour les affaires de toilette, pas de tabouret ...) Nous l'avons signalé à la réception de l'hôtel.

Hôtel tres bon rapport qualité prix

Bon état général de la chambre mais gros bémol sur le service de l'hôtel, la dame qui nous a accueilli etait malheureusement tres expéditive. Petit déjeuner à améliorer, la salade de fruit sentait la rouille et la conserve, le bacon frit était cru, seul point positif les viennoiseries. Cependant, le prix de la chambre est imbattable et d'un tres bon rapport qualité prix. Allez au Pain Quotidien pour le petit déjeuner!
