The check in process was horrible. It is very inconvenient to check in online so many times and then also have to wait past the check in time to receive keys. This process was alarming and not smooth. The room was very clean though and we had a great stay other than the check in process.

This hotel delivered exactly as described. Well located in central Brussels, so a quick walk to most sights, restaurants and an easy train to Brussels Midi. Bathroom was clean, air condition worked well, and a great cold water cooler in the lobby. Online check in and in-person key retrieval was easy.

Bear in mind they block EUR 150.- on your card

I found the online check-in VERY complicated and bureaucratic for such a formality plus I had to do it twice… I hated that they blocked EUR 150.- on my credit card for possible damages (which I still haven’t been refund yet, btw). So I promised myself I’d never book a room there. But eventually, the flat was great (although no real kitchen, so not a flat per say), clean and so very well located that I made me almost forget about the rest.

Stay was excellent, only issue was the water temperature control was not working properly- it was burning hot or too cold in both bathrooms and the bathroom sink was draining slowly. AC was excellent. Location was excellent, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed he extra space and free WiFi, laundry and water.

Location was amazing - couple of minutes from the grand place and amid all the shops and cobble stone streets. Very spacious, good well equipped kitchen and very nice to have a roomy sitting area. And super useful to have (free) laundry - two full sized washing machines and dryers. However i did not like the bed: the mattress was very hard and the sheets super scratchy - had trouble sleeping. The shower was good but turned to scalding hot at times - possibly when someone else flushed a toilet.

Very handy location

Payment of city tax is awkward but these are very spacious apartments relative to Brussels hotel at same price. Very close to many tourist sites, bars and restaurants, with good access to public transportation.

Surprisingly good quality stay for the price

Almost my entire family were staying at this hotel for a marriage in Brussels. We found it of excellent standard. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally positioned in Brussels and convenient for many of the services which we wanted, nearby. Checking in and checking out was hassle-free. Totally satisfied.
