The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning). "Large room. Excellent restaurant evidenced by the number of locals who come here to dine as well. Offers spa and massage which is helpful if you are hiking the GR 65 Chemin Saint Jacques. The GR 65 passes right by the hotel. "

It is minutes away from Condom and Romieu, an hour or so from Auch - and in the midst of a number of Armagnac distilleries to discover. My room was very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and the one dinner I had was exquisite."

"What a wonderful historic building this is. Nice specious courtyard and pool area. Staff was so professional and friendly. Easy to store our bicycles in the parking garage. Comfortable bedding and bathroom. Also the food in this restaurant is excellent. Don’t forget to try the soufflé it’s the best we have had ever! Breakfast great too. Would definitely stay here again as only 2 minute walk from the historic center. "
