"Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room"

"Really cool place to stay in Richmond. Very affordable and had a vintage vibe. They also had a book with all of Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and stories. Super cozy rest. The staff is also super friendly and helpful"

"The location was great, and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, there were a few small issues. The person who checked us in was borderline rude, but everyone else was very polite and helpful throughout the weekend. Coffee was available in the lobby at the Starbucks, but was out of cream, cup holders, etc, twice- not a huge issue, but it felt like we were inconveniencing the person working there when we asked for these items. "Room next to me had a loud dog. Other than that everything was fine"

"This place has a lot of potential but seems to be under renovation for the past few years. Plus the whole area around it has been under renovation too. The cost of parking was high. The lounge could turn into something cool but isn't much at this time."

"The room was clean and modern. Really enjoyed breakfast at The Parlor , the restaurant within the hotel."

"great bar especially rooftop"

"The staff was very rude and made simple requests like cashing in my free coffee voucher feel like i was a burden to be honest. unfortunately would not recommend despite the hotel itself being cute. if it’s a busy holiday or day of the week, it’s incredibly loud and staff were super rude."

"This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!"
