"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest!

"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. "Very much enjoyed the two fine dining options and poolside terrace for luchtime food and drinks.
Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas.
Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel."

"The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them.
Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot.
For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars."
