"We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. Then after we entered one of the rooms, one was dirty. Blood stains, large yellow pee stain and hair on the duvet. The A/C cover was accidentally knocked off (not broken) and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long while and has animal feces in it. In the second room had a light in the bathroom chirped...
"The staff was amazing. I had a quick check in and out. I liked the fact it was safe since I was traveling alone. I also liked the kitchenette with clean dishes and silverware. I have stayed in other extended stays before and this one is hands down (to me) better than the other ones. Walmart and BJs Warehouse was 12 minutes away, with Wegman's 7 minutes away so food was easily found. The only thing I didn't like was Carrier Circle. It's a little confusing if you don't live in East Syracuse....

"Cresthill Suites was a great find for us, especially because there were a few properties in the area that didn't feel safe. The hotel staff was amazing, super accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but we didn't mind it because it was clean and really safe. "
