"I was very impressed with this hotel. I stayed for four days. The people were fabulous. The place was so clean. It always smelled so good. There was always somebody outside sweeping or cleaning or doing something to make the place look better. The employees always had a smile on their face if you needed anything, they were right there for your needs. I will definitely stay there again, but I do feel you need to change your pictures for your property because it doesn’t show how pretty it really is it shows you don’t do breakfast but you do a little breakfast. It looks more homier when you walk in then when you look at the pictures and I think they should put the nonstick pads underneath the microwave just so the microwave doesn’t slide all over the refrigerator cause you’re marking up your refrigerator. But whoever’s running that hotel is doing an amazing job and I will be passing the word."

"The floors needed to be mopped. The staff were friendly and very responsive. It was a bit warm, but too early in the season for the AC to be working. The fan option was not sufficient in keeping the room cool. The price is right though, and I would stay here again. "

"I came to Syracuse for two nights to visit friends, and this was the perfect place to stay. The location was amazing for solo travel, as I could walk to dinner in Armory Square and everywhere else I needed to be was just a short drive away. I was able to get parking in the little lot the first night, and the second night when it was full I had no trouble finding a spot on the street outside. My little room was so cozy and adorable, and I felt very safe. Noise was minimal and staff was friendly. I will definitely be booking here again!"
