Lady behind the counter at check in was geniunely friendly and welcoming. The hotel looked new. Our room was immaculate with an amazing huge shower. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. I think I would come back just for that. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Fairfield is always our go-to hotel. The rooms are always beautiful, and clean; the breakfast provided offers a very generous selection and is delicious. The staff are happy and polite. And the locations are safe.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse and the state fair by car. It is very clean and quiet. Well-maintained. Breakfast is included. There are several other chain hotels nearby but not much else. You need to have a car. Staying here was a good choice.

This place is so clean, so well taken care of, and very comfortable. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, so helpful. Everyone was so nice to my kids. The breakfast is awesome and so well stocked! The pool also great. Beds comfortable. Definitely the one to choose.

Excellent stay! The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Excellent breakfast buffet with many fresh, delicious and well-stocked options. Hands-down the best breakfast we've ever had at a Fairfield Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and regulating the temperature in the room was easy to do. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was nice and quiet and is about a 15-minute drive to Syracuse University. We would definitely book again when in the area.
