"The property was clean for an old property. What I didn’t like first and foremost is that I secured the property for about $400 and change per night and when I reviewed my itinerary, it says I paid $625/night. The property price gouging was unbelievable. I went from $125.90 / night to $625/ night just because University of Florida has a game night. To the point that several of the rooms fire alarms kept going off repeatedly (likely sensors are being set off due to dense humidity water particles). We were awakened at 2:30 am after already calling during the day to have fire alarms kept fixed and then had same issue second day as well. They need to do something to address the issue. Was not a comfortable stay....
