The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely outstanding – truly a highlight of the visit. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi in the bedrooms, which was quite poor and not ideal for a business trip. Otherwise, a brilliant experience."

"We had a twin bed garden room leading on to a well maintained & attractive garden area. Very quiet & peaceful. We didn't use the conservatory which was available for our use but everywhere was immaculate & well thought out "

"The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again."
