"The room was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They had a huge spread for breakfast. Could get crazy when everyone was using the elevators because they do not have stairs. "

"This is a great hotel. Located on a street just east of the John Hancock Center, most of the hotel rooms have bedrooms, microwaves and refrigerators as well as couches. It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"7 day stay for work/family trip. Hotel in great location for Lyft, train (red line Chicago) or walking (25 minutes to loop). Hotel staff all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overnight parking across the street. The free daily breakfast was marginally good, coffee was decent. The "menu" breakfast is probably delicious as the dinner was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfy, the bathroom clean. I appreciated that it was quiet during the day & the WiFi was decent as I worked from the room. "

"I haven't been to the property since it was the W hotel and it was a nice change. Frank at the front desk was AMAZING and made our check in experience effortless. My only issue was the bedand pillows were uncomfortable and the hotel was a bit warm. Our suite had two tv sets but there was only one remote and the tvs were smaller and hard to hear. It would be nice if we could use our Netflix accounts too."
