"The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

"Clean, comfy bed, and great shower. But be aware that the central location to the square = a lot of noise. Disturbances include a constant ticking type sound in the room, noisy bar patrons in the evening, and the constant ringing of church bells on the 1/2 hour. Appreciated the provided ear plugs. "

"The room was very nice but the restaurant service was disappointing. Slow service and they charged me extra which we didn't ask for. Ordered a steak burger which supposed to be 18 pounds but when we received our bill, there was surcharge of extra cheese and bacon which we didnt ask at the time of ordering food. The staff just added the extra and expected us to pay. We mede the the payment as we didn't want to mess up the experience. There is also 10 percent service charge which was already added...
