"We arrived late to find out that not only was the room I booked two month prior not available at 1 am but the only room available was a double with no air conditioning that “needed to be cleaned still”. In addition.. the property was dirty, there was still food on the floor around the “breakfast area”. There were old documents and papers stacked and scattered everywhere behind the check in counter. The computer wasn’t working properly. The only thing decent about this place was the tired clerk...

"Had a horrible experience. They gave us a room that smelled awful (cigarette smell). The door to the room would sometimes not lock at all and you can push the door open without the card key. The restroom was horrible as the tub looked like it may have had mold and stains. Water did not really get hot. You felt gross taking a shower and just being in the room. There were cigarette butts near the entrance, and my luggage still smelled like smoke after the stay. The towels were stained and did not appear clean.
