"Everything about my stay was excellent,lovely settings,the room was brilliant and the staff were awesome lovely people.
The drinks and the food was very very expensive."
"As my wife is allergic to mushrooms the evening staff went
Through the menu to ensure she was safe.
At breakfast the waiting staff provided her with her own serving utensils to avoid contamination and offered to cook a special batch oh hash browns as they were next to the mushrooms.

"The room was very nicely furnished out. The one down side was the view of room!! The breakfast was very good. The amenities weren’t used but will return to do so in the near future. The staff in all areas of the hotel were amenable to requests. Thank you "
"The rooms are set away from the bar in a separate building and are very quiet! looks like an old building but inside is modern. Our room had its own modern bathroom and was very comfortable. Car parking was plentiful and never struggled with parking. We were meeting friends in Chorley so never got to try the bar meals but rooms I can recommend 100%. Next visit we will be booking the same rooms. "
"A great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly.
The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. Rainfall showers, really good quality towels and White Company toiletries added a bit of luxury. The beds are huge and very...
"A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you."

"The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror.
Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk.
We will use again "

"Spotlessly clean and extremely helpful staff. Plenty of parking and just a short ride into Chorley. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommendable!"
"Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable."
