"First time staying at this hotel. We booked for an anniversary weekend for 3 nights. Staff are so friendly and courteous, from reception to the bar and the spa area. The foyer as you walk in is so beautiful, with the hanging lights and grandeur. It’s kept very clean and tidy every day. There’s a bar area up the steps from foyer where you’ll find comfy sofas and big chairs to lounge in, this was such a nice area to sit and have pre-drinks before heading to the restaurant for evening meal....

The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. "Our third time staying here, always easy check in and nice rooms. This is the 3rd different room we have stayed in and the beds are so comfortable, in fact wish I could take the pillows home with me. Only thing I have to complain about is, this time the cleaner was knocking on room doors before check out time asking to be in them, it may have only been 10 minutes, but this time we needed all the time we had to get sorted and leave.
