Advertised with pool and fitness centre. Neither were available and we should have been advised that these facilities werent available. Staff were sitting in breakfast area on their mobile phones

I apologize for any confusion, but we do not have a pool at our location. Therefore, it is not listed on the amenities list at our property. We do have an operational fitness room, however it is only open from 6am-midnight. Allow me to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused during your stay. The folks who work there were great, but otherwise, there is not a lot to recommend about this stay. Yes, it is a typical roadside property, but it is very very noisy as the highway runs right by with vehicle noise all night.

Doesn’t look great from the outside but pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Updated rooms, comfortable beds, clean, and nice tv/fridge/microwave. Breakfast was stocked well and yummy. They had waffles, cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, and juices/coffee/tea. We stayed for an overnight on our way to Nashville. Staff was very helpful and friendly too.

Walked into the room and it smelled clean! Bed was comfy and the sleep was quiet and solid! If I am In the area again we will definitely stay here !

Smells and dirty
Room smelled, crumbs on the chair and red sauce was dried on the table. Paid 100$ and it wasn’t worth 40& but I was passing through and needed a place to stay.

Bathroom shower was clogged with about 1 1/2 feet of hair and the room smelled like cigarettes, even after we requested a non-smoking room.

Parking lot needs repairing several pot holes. Staff on the phone when I checked in and checking out. Sounded like personal calls. Needs to move smoking areas, our room was to be non smoking but we could smell it all night.

Less than quality inn
We stopped in for a quick overnight stay on our way to Arkansas. When I entered the room I was to stay in, it smelled faintly like a skunk had been in the room. I ignored it. When I awoke the next morning a huge water bug or cockroach ran across the bed. I squashed it.
