"Chrishelle on the reception was excellent and very helpful, always with a smile on her face. The other reception staff were also very helpful and friendly but I got to know Chrishelle well. My only gripe was that, as an international traveller, I had to use adaptor plugs which had the problem of turning the plug sockets off if I plugged them in fully. Also, there were no USB sockets near the bed (I did not see the USB sockets underneath the desk in the room). A recommendation would be to...
