"The floor we stayed on smelled like a litter box. The staff were very unpleasant. You can try calling the front desk all day and they will ignore your calls. I sat in the lobby and watched them ignore my call."

"We had the Junior suite but were quite disapointed with the room quality, furniture and room were quite worn out and I expected the view to be a bit better (other rooms). Location was very good, though. Fireplaces outside were nice. I feel like the resort fee is a bit unnecessary in this location and we did not even really end up using the "perks"."

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and towels are done and replaced daily with fresh ones. WiFi is not the best due to being located near the marina but most of the days were spent out of hotel. "We had to stop over to SFO so the property was easy to get to using the airport shuttle. Check in and check out was easy. Not to mention that it is walking distance to In-N-Out Burger. Which is helpful for those flying in late."
