"Lovely hotel, good staff and nice food/wine.
Only negative was the cost of nearby parking at £44 per night - apparently normal for this part of Brighton."

"Small hotel, well kitted out rooms, very helpful and friendly staff.
Sea view rooms have great views of the sea and the pier. Short walk to the beach or the shopping areas and The Lanes.
Have stayed there many times and never disappointed.
Only thing to be aware of is"
