Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely room, comfy double bed No water in the room good communication, via Ring doorbell, then they called me back, so the street couldn't listen in, Fan and hairdryer supplied in room, window you can open for fresh air Robe and slippers a nice touch, but you need them as private bathroom across the hall and up to is the next half landing Short walk to the beach, about half a mile to pier and a mile or so to station. "Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "
