"The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

"It was ok. Bedroom clean, bathroom mostly ok except for the shower cubicle which I cleaned myself and cleared the blocked plughole, which was leaving you stood in a couple of inches of water. Very noisy at night, people seemed to be moving things outside on the landing? and the top stairs are in need of a good vacuum."

Used as a base for two days of concert in Bridlington Spa. Nice choice of breakfast options. Also convenient for visiting local attractions along the coast."

"Stayed here last week for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Amy, the owner, was absolutely lovely. Made us feel so very welcome throughtout our stay and willing to help with anything we needed to know.. The breakfast and choice was as one of the best. Ideally placed as just few minutes walk from the Spa , sea front and town centre. We booked a small ensuite double room, which was fine however we both said we if we're going to return we think we'd choose to upgrade to bigger one in future. The...

"The lady herself was lovely bit the room was dirty mould on window frame dirty toilet mould in shower we paid for bed and breakfast but the lady never mentioned everything about breakfast at all no times where the dining room was nothing "
