"I have stayed at the Horse and Jockey several times now. The rooms are simple (and the beds an le comfy and cozy all we need). Tthe shared bathrooms are great. Nice and clean and have an art deco style vibe. The pub had a great menu and the vibe is good. Will continue to come back. "

Rare features in budget hotels these days. And the hotel and grounds are always clean and tidy. "
