"Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. "We could not have asked for a better experience. Went with a group of 5 for the eclipse and it was spectacular. Spotless and gorgeous cabin. Room for all and to spare. The view of the water, breathtaking. Went for a great 4 mile run in the morning. Bobbi Sue made the whole trip. Fantastic communication and we wanted for nothing . Cannot wait to come back!!!! "
