Very friendly staff and fantastic location to lake

Super friendly and helpful staff and exceptionally good location immediately in front of the lake with manicured lawns/garden and plenty of sunbeds. The cafe and breakfast restaurant has open front to the lake and you can enjoy your breakfast in the open 2 meters from the lake. The cleaning was exceptionally good. There is no outdoor pool, just something to be aware of, but with immediate access to the lake this was not a problem. The only little recommendation we would have is for the hotel is to update their 15 year old 32" non-smart TVs to something a little bigger and little more modern so guest can enjoy and stream their own content. But thanks for a great stay, we would definitely like to come back.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the lake. There is a bus stop a short walk away where you can get to the busier areas for only a few euros each. The staff at the hotel were excellent and we could not fault the service. We ate at the hotel most evenings where the menu changed on a daily basis. I used the wellness area and had two massages during our stay Would definitely stay there again

This a lovely hotel for a relaxing stay. In a peaceful location right on the shore of Lake Garda, it has a lovely garden with loungers and deckchairs and the cafe bar is open all day for refreshments. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus, the hotel has a wonderful private collection of paintings by the artist Benito Tomezzoli which are displayed throughout the hotel. We also enjoyed using the hotel paddleboards and kayaks at no extra cost. (Bicycles are also available.) The hotel does a very good 4 course evening meal and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See gelegen

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt, freundliches Personal, sauberes und grosses Zimmer, Bad mit Whirlpool, Zimmer mit Seeblick, hochwertige Betten. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Aussenpool. Der Swimminpool innen und das Fitnesscenter haben wir auch genutzt - ist OK. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück und zweimal das 5-Gänge Menü dazugebucht - war super lecker. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung in dieser Kategorie.

L’hotel e’ situato proprio a bordo lago, per cui ci si può scordare dell’auto e godere della piccola spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti con ingresso facile e diretto al lago. Ci sono le biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti per cui e’ possibile esplorare comodamente i diversi paesini che si affacciano sul lago. Personale disponibile e cortese. Ristorante panoramico al quinto piano. Unico neo per chi viene da Milano: il traffico. Attenzione a scegliere gli orari giusti per partire e tornare.

Super Hotel an Strand vom Strassenlärmabgeschottet

Familiäres Hotel mit freundlichem hilfsbereitem Persomal, ruhig, direkt am Strand, alles mit Lift erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen und landesüblichen Produkten z.B. Coppa und Käse und ital. Patisserie. Gästeparkplätze. Schöne Sicht direkt am See.

Super Hotel, super Lage, kleine Mängel

Wir hatten ein kostenloses Update für eine Garden Suite erhalten. Das Zimmer, die Terasse, der Ausblick, die Lage direkt am See war ein Traum. Absolut empfehlenswert. Personal im großen und ganzen freundlich und die meisten konnten deutsch. Das Abendessen (4 Gänge Menü) ist ein muss!!! Schon lange nicht mehr so hervorragend gegessen!! Vom Mittagssnack (Burger aus der Mikrowelle??) sollte man besser die Finger lassen. Das ist das Geld nicht wert und schmeckt furchtbar. Frühstück ist OK. Wenig Auswahl und teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt worden. Aber für 2-3 Tage ok. Plus Punkt für den frisch gepressten O-Saft. Sehr schade fanden wir, dass man für die Sauna extra zahlen muss 12€ /h Dafür hat man aber auch die kleine Sauna für sich alleine. Der Pool ist auch nicht gerade einladend. Liegestühle fehlen im Innenbereich. Zum entspannen wenn es draußen mal schlechteres Wetter ist. Vom Fitnessstudio lässt man auch lieber die Finger außer man kennt sich damit aus. Teilweise wacklige und verrostete Geräte. 1 Fahrrad war auch defekt.

Hüsches Hotel mit eigenen Zugang zum gardasee.

Nettes freundliches Team, die super deutsch reden. Super Lage und mit traumhaften Blick auf den gardasee. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings müsste es mal wieder renoviert werden. Ansonsten absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Lake side affordable luxury

As someone who travels for work expectations are rarely met but surprisingly for what we paid this was excellent! Room was available on arrival which considering it was 10am was truly amazing! Junior suite was very comfortable although bed a little hard. Stunning location! Lake side with views up the lake, quiet & very relaxing yet only a 5 min stroll to the small town & it's restaurants. Great tennis facilities, spa, indoor pool, lovely gardens, free bike hire & ample sun beds. Breakfast was a little average, having to boil your own egg for 7 mins! Staff very helpful! Perfect for a long weekend or a week in quiet surroundings. Better for couples/adults.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungen

Das Hotel entsprich der Beschreibung, und machte einen sauberen ersten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sprach auch sehr gut deutsch. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, mit seitlichem Seeblick. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck.
