Special shout-out to Gianni at the front desk (sorry if I misspelled it) and others that we interacted with were fantastic, including the staff at the bar and breakfast/dinner area. We particularly enjoyed the size of our room, and the perks that were included in our stay (water activities, vintage car, etc.)

Excellent stay !

My family and I were very pleased with the hotel, its staff and facilities. The pool and spa area was very nice and they had several free offerings for activities such as biking, kayaking and sailing. The breakfast was in a class of its own with a chef who cooked on request and a generally helpful and dedicated staff. Thank you for making our holiday extra special !

We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area of Lake Garda. The hotel staff, especially Georgia, went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We received a upgrade to their two-story penthouse suite with wrap around balcony overviewing the lake and sunset. There is a walking path along the lake in both directions where we walked to local restaurants on the water in the evening. The grounds were impeccable and the amenities such as the wellness spa, beach, pool, and did I mention complimentary afternoon sailboat ride helped make this 2 day stay one of our best ever. Thank you once again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the bar was of an exceptionally high standard. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily return. In fact, the next time we visit Garda, we will not need to look for another hotel; we will book this one again without even checking any other options.

Petit déjeuner parfait accueil correct mais on constate après que le service proposé par l’établissement est conditionné comme par exemple la promenade en gâteau inclus dans la réservations fallait que 5 personnes et quand on demande un tour on nous demande 120€ pour 2 personnes. La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens.

Top Lage direkt am See, tolle Terrasse mit sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück, sehr schöne Anlage mit überaus freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass es ein 16+ Hotel ist.

Excellent hôtel idéalement placé, calme et d'accès facile avec de très bons équipements mis à disposition ( très belles piscines et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour des bains de soleil relaxants, ainsi que vélos et articles permettant d'aller sur le lac). Très belle chambre bien soignée y compris la décoration, et très bonne literie. Un personnel particulièrement agréable, petit déjeuner avec un très grand choix apporté à la table avec vue sur le lac. Excellent restaurant (et accès facile à pied à d'autres restaurants le long du lac). Avec chambre prestige, parking souterrain bien ventilé. Le seul point un petit peu négatif serait la qualité faible du wifi qui nous a obligé à passer régulièrement sur notre gsm.

Aivan huikea romanttinen hotelli pariskunnille. Olimme yötä Pavarotti-huoneessa, josta oli kaunis näkymä järvelle ja sisustus oli todella kiva. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua ja huone oli päätyhuoneena täysin hiljainen. Hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti. Lainasimme hotellin vapaassa käytössä olevaa Fiat 500 cabriolet autoa (vuosimalli 1974) ja fiilis oli kuin olisi aikakoneella siirtynyt 50 vuotta taaksepäin - huikea kokemus. Lisäksi kävimme heittämässä fillarilenkin hotellin pyörillä pitkin Gardan rantaa. Ihana keli, ihanat maisemat. Yhden illallisen söimme hotellin Michelin-tähden ravintolassa ja se oli kaikin puolin täydellinen ruokaelämys! Voi suositella! Kylpylä on pieni ja paikan ainut miinus tuli siitä, että skandinaavinen sauna on vähän sinnepäin: puolet kiuaskivistä puuttuu ja "laude" on lähellä lattiaa eli jalat lattialla. Mutta annetaan tämä anteeksi - varmaan Italialaiselle täydellinen saunakokemus. :)
