"My favourite hotel in London. I have now stayed here multiple times. Excellent customer service, rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the accessories needed for a wonderful stay. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and always tonnes of hot water."

The staff were all fantastic with the kids. The rooms were perfectly designed for a stay with children. We stayed in a studio and having the extra space with another bed in a separate area made everything slot easier. The kitchenette was also really useful. "
