This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

Quando cheguei, o quarto estava sujo, sem toalhas e com os lençóis aparentando falta de troca. Havia lixo no ambiente, o que demonstrava que o quarto não havia sido devidamente preparado para receber o próximo hóspede. Durante os três dias em que permaneci no local, não houve limpeza do quarto nem troca de toalhas. Além disso, as áreas do prédio apresentavam falta de limpeza e o ambiente tinha um odor desagradável. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.

Foi uma boa estadia. Hotel bem localizado, parte hoteleira de brasileira, com fácil deslocamento para os principais pontos chaves da cidade. Equipe de funcionários (recepção, camareiros, hotelaria, cozinha e ademais) extremamente educados, solícitos e cordiais. Quarto simples, mas com bom custo benefício. Nada a pontuar acerca da limpeza. Ponto de melhoria para a cama, mas novamente nada que desabone pelo valor da diária. Obrigado e retornarei em breve!

Em cinco noites que fiquei hospedado, o quarto foi “limpo” apenas uma vez. No penúltimo dia e mesmo assim, sem trocar toalhas ou lençóis. Numa das noites pedi um talher emprestado para jantar o pedido que havia feito de refeição e o funcionário foi categórico em não empresa, mentindo que a copa estava trancada. Ao voltar para o quarto, verifiquei a porta da copa e estava aberta. Faltou cordialidade e empatia.
