Loud neighbors, smelled moldy, all electronics went thru one power strip and popped the fuse often. The front desk is usually locked and empty and the bell thats supposed to call someone up never seems to work. I was glad to leave

The sign for this hotel says Midwest Inn, so we weren't sure at first if we were at the right place. They were remodeling the rooms, so there was some construction. The staff was so nice! It's a quaint place. We stayed in room 110, and it was remodeled in a country chic style. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. The floors to get to the room were a little scary- they looked rotted and like they might crash down with too much pressure, but I think they were working on that. No breakfast served. There was a pool but it was still covered from winter. No coffee machine, hair dryer, ice bucket or Kleenex box in the room. It was not loud at all for a Friday night stay. For the amount I paid for the room, and the location, it was good overall!
I like this room! It had plenty of room! The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact it had no curtains. But I did keep in consideration that they were remodeling or that’s how it appeared to be.

For a non- smoking room being a non smoker. The room reeked of cigarette smoke
It was not as advertised online we had to ask for towels beds were terrible found a bed bug the room air quit working no pool just a disappointment to our yearly Branson
Check-in was extremely easy! Hotel is under renovations but staff was extremely courteous. Our room was recently redone. Very nice and clean. Everyone there was friendly and helpful! Excited to see what it looks like when it’s all done!
We haad a good time at the Hotel. Good area to walk around. We like the Sonic Drive-In it is a short walk, the Winery is not far away if you like that.

Not great but not bad, worth the rate
Staff was great. Hotel is not horrible, however you can tell its very old. And it is obviously going through a remodel. Shower is for people 5 foot tall and shorter, also had an annoying high pitch sound throughout the whole time the shower head was on. Im sure it will be addressed in the remodel they are doing. Overall it is an okay hotel and worth the rate we paid.
I had a stale smoke filled room cigarette burns throughout bathroom. Bugs crawling on bathroom floor. Remote for tv broke. Blinds would block out porch lights with holes in blinds. Porcelain broke in sink. Basic bed and chair deal
Stayed three days. Was pleased with my room. It had been remodeled and everything worked great.

Not that great
The lady checking us in was amazing, the room itself wasn’t horrible but there was so much remodeling being done the stay wasn’t what we expected. Very loud during the day, no pool pictures online where not at all what the room looked like. Probably a good place to stay when the construction is complete.
First of all no one mentioned that this hotel is under renovation. Also renovation didn't stop each day till 11 pm at night. T.v. did not work. The a/c was stuck on high at 61. There were holes in the floor under the carpet. The seperator from carpet to tile was not screwed down. The did not have a house keeper and we had to go ask for towles every time we wanted new ones.
The toilet wouldn't flush, we found someone's clothes in our room so it obviously wasn't clean, the pool was dirty, the ice machine broke so we couldn't get ice, check in/out times are 2pm-10am which makes it difficult for families and their kids (like mine) to drop things off to go have fun and stay up late (SDC Midnight Maddness) without the worry of 1 less hour to get around in the morning to check out. Although the lady and her husband were nice they didn't offer me any type of compensation and dropped off a plunger expecting me to fix the toilet but the issue was the flush handle. Not worth $78, not worth $50! Horrible experience. They must be renovating because we did not even have curtains covering our windows but you could see where they pulled them down and there were nail holes throughout all the walls and one of the light fixtures was taken out of the bathroom ceiling with a whole remaining. I was more worried that there may have been a hidden camera In the hole in the bathroom. If your going to spend your money, make sure you're safe! And if the owners of this hotel read this review I hope and pray you can make more updates for future guests before you lose more business.
