It’s a must stay, especially for any Elvis fan!!! Owners are very accommodating. They also have a Conway and Ronald Regan Condo, if anyone is interested in those!!!

Amazing Elvis Condo

This place is so fun, such amazing decor! If you’re looking for a cool place to stay in on your trip to Branson this is the place. The owner was great at communicating with us upon our arrival. He even left us some quarters to use the pinball machines and such! Would definitely stay here again!

Host said free breakfast buffet which was 8 miles away and not really a buffet. Also stated bar and lounge on property which closed at 5 pm. Had a jaccuzi tub but NO stopper to hold water. Beds and couch VERY uncomfortable.

Unprofessional Service

I did not receive the access code for my reservation until 6:00 PM—three hours after the original check-in time. During this time, I made several calls trying to resolve the issue. The person who finally called me back was unprofessional and hung up on me after I asked for an explanation about the delay and the confusion with multiple contact numbers. He also claimed he had a different phone number on file for me, which is incorrect. My number has always been the same and is correctly saved on my Hotels.com account. I also received the original confirmation text to this same number, so there was clearly no issue on my end. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a clear explanation of what happened and appropriate compensation for the delay and poor customer service. Thank you, Harringson Castrillon

There was a booking error which resulted in my stay double booked however the owners made every effort for us to have an enjoyable stay. We actually stayed in the new kingo condo II which was very cool

Great stay at King's Condo

A wonderful stay. We stayed here with our kids for 4 days over Spring Break. A lovely condo. We love Elvis so we loved it- everything was so well decorated and attended to. The condo was super clean and well kept. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were large. The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to cook breakfast and had a fridge and all the appliances needed of course. It was a very nice location- quiet but very convenient to all the attractions. We felt at home and will love to come back.

If you're an Elvis fan, this is the place to stay!

Unique & comfortable condo off the Branson strip, but close enough to get to all activities in a matter of minutes. Indoor pool and arcade area were great amenities when the weather outside wasn't cooperative. Grandchildren loved the Elvis theme even though they didn't know who he was. It was fun to tell them about him and let them listen to Elvis records while we were there.

Great place to stay!

This was a family getaway weekend and we were not disappointed! King Condo was very clean, decorated very well, location was great and the pools were very nice. We had a full kitchen with cooking utensils and cookwear provided, did not need anything additional. There was a working vinyl record player in the kitchen which we used every day and a good selection of records to play, really enjoyed that. Our experience was exceptional and would recommend it to anyone who had a love for Elvis, well done King Condo!

A must!!!! You will love it!!

This condo was the greatest stay I ever had at any condo/hotel ever. It was spotless, Clean and comfortable and so much fun. Took my parents for a great stay. My 76 year old Dad is a huge Elvis fan and he was in heaven. The owner was great. The swimming pools were awesome and was close enough to Branson fun. Very quiet area. Would recommend and stay again
