"We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! "

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"This was my 3rd brief stay.Each time,I have been welcomed & made to feel my visit matters to reception & waiting & bar staff. "This was a great experience. Friendly staff. Indian restaurant was amazing. Great service and will definitely stay again. Things to remember, they don't do breakfast but there are cafes and a hotel across the road for breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked for staying but a little dated. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"On smaller loch ard, near Loch Lomond, this hotel is off the beaten path. It’s beautiful and peaceful with amazing views of the water from every window. The hosts are so welcoming and we wish we would have planned to stay longer. They also saved us a lot of driving time by letting is know of a road closure that wasn’t on google maps. The food was good also but I can’t say enough about the hospitality."

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"
