"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."

"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "We had a really nice room with a washer/dryer that was so awesome for this point in our vacation. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks and the apartment was spacious and cool and really nicely furnished and maintained. The staff were helpful and the location was very close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sites."
