"Clean room, staff was friendly would stay again"

"It was a cheap clean hotel room. There were quite a few homeless individuals hanging out by the entrance driveway but there is not much the management would be able to do about this so it is what it is. The staff were friendly and the hotel room entrance is within a hallway so it was safe in that regard. I probably would spend a little more for a safer location but it worked."

"I have stayed here about three, maybe four times… The property is horrible, mostly people engaged in illegal activities… Rooms are lightly cleaned and you should be cautious if using their towels, bring your own… Twice now the air conditioning system didn’t work… Furthermore, this last time when the room didn’t have air conditioning, it took me over an hour to resolve as they didn’t want to issue a refund nor let me change rooms; but, I was finally able to move to a new room… However, fast forward a few weeks when I need a room for a night again, I am banned from the property! I assume they don’t like guests holding them accountable as just desire the criminals who won’t complain or make them fix their property!"

The stairway exit doors were broken and did not lock (serious safety concern) the key card reader on our door was malfunctioning, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well. There was a transit individual Rummaging in the outside trash can. I didn’t feel the facility was safe for myself and my special needs son."
