"The first room we were given had water leaking in the bathroom floor, the couch was broken and the chain on the door had been ripped off. We were given a better room, but the entire motel was old, decrepit and needed serious updating. We were disappointed in the entire facility."

"The breakfast menu was good and fresh. No room service was rendered. We were told by several workers that our room was not on their list. Although, they were servicing the room next door and across the hall. We were told to bring dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get clean ones. "

"The room had the worst smell. I don’t know if it was old cigarette smoke. Me and my son had a headache within five minutes. I didn’t sleep at all that night. I left very early the next morning and just lost my money on the room for the next night. But there was no way I could tolerate that smell again."
