We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, informative, and always checked to see if we needed anything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Customer service was excellent, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was great and the property itself had a lot of potential. However, the rooms were not very clean, and parts of the property appeared rusty and in need of maintenance. The staff were polite, but not particularly helpful or proactive during our stay. Overall, the setting was nice, but the condition of the rooms and level of service could be improved.

Hotel was beautiful and front desk staff very nice. Had to go to desk 3 times to get bath towels and lotion because none in room. No ice bucket and no cleaning supplies or water in fitness room. Breakfast was not hot even though just put out. Got locked inside pool and front desk had to call maitinence to get me out . Local and was doing stay vacation but will never recommend this hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The amenities were amazing and you could tell they were doing upgrades! The only complaint I have is the mattress and a roach in the room. The breakfast was okay. It was different options the two days I was there. I would stay again but if I did I would need to take a mattress topper as it was too firm for my liking! They have grills, lots of seating, a gym, pool, onsite laundry and complimentary breakfast. Also the WiFi was down while I was there so that was a bummer as I needed it for work but other than that the stay was okay! It’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

This is a nice hotel - looks like new! The air conditioning in our room worked great! That’s the end of our positive experience. There was a cockroach in our room. No daily room cleaning, although we were not told this… and a sign in the bathroom indicated we could leave our towels on the floor to be changed. When we asked for towels at the front desk (due to the lack of room cleaning), we were told they had no clean towels to give us. There were multiple other smaller issues. Very disappointed in this hotel.

We had to change rooms because of the horrible state of the first room. We were there for 4 days and not one time was the room cleaned. When I called the front desk they said they’d take care of it but never did. The attitude of the staff was lackadaisical and unprofessional. The manager sets a very poor example of customer service and professionalism for her staff. Find a more updated and friendly place to stay!!!
