"the room was okay. it had a bed and a bathroom and a full kitchen. the towels were stained. the overall look of the place was institutional. the staff were uncommunicative and indifferent."
"We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min. Nothing, except some attitude from the front desk who were clearly fruatrated with my questions. At 330 we were told 4pm as the manager was the only person cleaning . At 404p we were told no room yet and thats when I demanded one. I was watching other event goers check in as normal yet our room wasnt ready at 4. This hotel made us arrive at our event 1 hr late, which also caused us to have to pay more for the uber due to the timing. They had other guests coming back after the event to check in. They agreed to a refund but I have not gotten it yet as they may have refunded someone elses card as the one listed on my invoice doesnt beling to me. They are currently looking in to it. I paid for this room in full in Jan. Not sure who's cc is listed on my bill. "
"The shower drain was up and the shower looked a little dirty. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work either. Otherwise was a comfortable stay. Was definitely popular and full of people on a friday night. Definitely kids running around but they quieted down, also had a door to separate from the living room even if it was a problem"
"Couch had something red smeared on it. Floor was dirty with leaves and hair. The bathroom door frame was tore up by a dog. Toilet still have spattered feces all over the back. Blinds did not work. Couldn’t close them to block out sun in the morning. Refrigerator had food finger painted on the front. couldn’t do anything due to checking in at 11:50pm. There was no management in hotel. Good thing was front desk said they have new housekeepers so they probably didn’t clean the room. Just make the bed. Offered to reimburse me is hotels.com reaches out. "
