"I chose this property largely for location. We had never been to Scottsdale before so wanted somewhere close to activities and restaurants. The hotel was decent but a little worn. I probably wouldn’t stay here again though. The first two nights they had activities close to our room. There was a large crowd and they were very loud. Not like talking loud, but yelling and cheering loud. One guy was yelling into a microphone trying to get the crowd rowdy. If I knew no activities were scheduled I...

"The staff was awesome, especially Marissa. I was disappointed that there is no restaurant in the hotel. I was also disappointed that I had to go to the front desk to ask for additional bars of soap and mouthwash. It was also annoying that the TV automatically shut off while I was watching."

"Great location, right in old town. Hotel was nice, pool and rooftop bar were a plus. Only disappointment was no offering of water upon check in."

"friendly, clean, great price and got back to me within 2 minutes of communication"

"Great location"

"Best experience ! I love the hotel and the staff I highly recommend ☀️💃🥂 disliking the parking price"

"It was old but very clean. The only complaint I have was the pillows were awful and the shower didn't drain well at all. Overall it was a great stay."

"Third time staying at this hotel - rooms consistently clean - friendly staff."

"Clean, roomy, and not outdated at all, despite what other reviews said. Our fourth-floor room was great, the staff was friendly, and the Old Town location is walkable. Breakfast was adequate. That's not the hotel's fault, but they clearly know about it, since there were earplugs in the room with a printed card. I just wish we'd been told before we booked,...

"Nice clean hotel with decent free breakfast. Easy access with restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Note: $10 parking fee per night. Walkable to Scottsdale Old Town area."
