"Welcoming was good The breakfast was really good , just needs more cleaning done around the hotel and rooms. some of the stuff was helpful and ok. This place have 2 swimming pools 1 inside and 1 outdoor . Sauna it’s a small room . But ok. A beautiful sea view ."

We stayed in a family annex room, and unfortunately the bedroom also felt quite tired and had a noticeable chlorine-like smell. "I really loved my stay here. There was a friendly vibe, the rooms were comfortable and you could tell the place was loved and looked after. Nice breakfast too. I got a sleep score of 92!! I will recommend to friends and family visiting Bournemouth."

"The hotel was rat old fashioned in that was still much of the original wooden staircase etc but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and well lit. The only downside of our one night stay was the fact that altogether it generated 23 emails either from Expedia itself or from the hotel which was tiresome."
