"We had the twin room that had all the facilities needed and was lovely, beds were comfortable as were the pillows, all felt fresh and clean, the owners were on hand as stated very pleasant and parking was available. Location was perfect for us as were attending the Vitality Stadium a mere 15 minute walk away, as was the beach in the in the opposite direction."

"Overall great experience checking in and staff lovely helpful. Good spa facilities. However we stayed in room 405 and there was a horrible draft coming through the window. We noticed it at around 10.30pm after we came up from the pool and it made the room cold all night. We tried putting towels around the window to keep the draft out but the room did feel cold all night. Other than that it has the potential to be a really good stay. "

"Service with a smile. Room decor calming, bed soo comfortable. Food well deserving of the rosettes. Professional and courteous service. Lovely breakfast. Great vegetarian options. In walking distance of the city centre, beach, and ocean view walking path. Will definitely stay again. Your staff are a credit to you. Oh. Enjoyed the pantry goodies on the first floor landing. "Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down."
