Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel liegt in guter Entfernung zur Autobahn. Das Hotel ist aber von der Ausstattung nicht besonders gut und in keinem gepflegten Zustand. Für eine Nacht ist es ok, aber länger möchte man sich dort nicht aufhalten. Meine E-Mail Anfragen zu Änderungen wurden alle nicht bearbeitet.

À notre arrivée, bien que tardive, nous avons découvert qu’un problème était survenu avec le système de réservation et que notre chambre n’était plus disponible. Une situation stressante au départ, mais le personnel de la réception a immédiatement pris les choses en main. En moins d’une heure, ils nous avaient trouvé un autre hébergement, entièrement pris en charge. Parfois, des imprévus peuvent arriver, mais ce qui compte vraiment, c’est la manière dont ils sont gérés – et dans ce cas, le service a été exemplaire. Un grand bravo pour la réactivité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme !

Très déçu par le petit déjeuner : 8€ … au menu des yahourt légèrement périmés, des œufs dur avec des traces de brûlure etrange, légère odeur en enlevant la coquille et au fond un léger jus de couleur jaune : j’ai pas osé manger. Peu de choix en fruit, pas de fruits sec Tout ça sur des chaises branlantes pour l’intérieur ou dans une odeur de tabac froid si on préfère la terrasse. Pour la chambre une forte odeur de plastique fondue inexplicable envahissait la chambre. Je n’ai pu m’en défaire qu’en aérant la chambre + diffusant du parfum que j’avais dans ma trousse de toilette mais … solution trop précaire. Matelas confortable mais la salle de bain vient d’un autre âge Je me suis accommodé car j’étais seul. Je pense que si une personne m’avait accompagné j’aurai eu honte de payer pour ça et de devoir faire en plus des réclamations La dame de l’accueil était néanmoins sympathique … Mais Je ne reviendrai pas.

Nous avons passé une nuit pas terrible. Car il y avait constament un bruit de fond, genre moteur au ralenti . Pas facile pour pour avoir une nuit reposante. Pour ma part j'y retournerait pas.

J'ai reservé une chambre. Quand je suis arrivé à 1h du matin impossible de récuperer les clefs (apparement borne defectueuse), Impossible de contacter l'hôtel (répondeur), pas de numéro d'urgence. bref pas d'hôtel disponible aux alentours. obligé de dormir dans ma voiture après déjà 10h de route.

Certe je reconnais que le prix était attractif mais cela ne permet pas pour moi d’avoir une qualité de nettoyage insatisfaisante, un lavabo fêlé, un volet HS qui ne descend plus et une ampoule 💡 située au lit qui ne fonctionne pas donc en résume après mûre réflexion je préfère payer 10 ou 20€ de plus et avoir une prestation supérieure. Je ne recommande pas
