"Frente al mar donde puedes nadar, habitación limpia y comoda, personal muy amable solo algunos meseros falta un poco de servicio pero en general todos son excelente personal y la comida es rica y te dan descuento especial si eres huesped del 20%, me parece muy buena ubicación"

"We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. "The hotel was good to be a 3 star hotel, met your needs. The reception people were amazing. Just nobody was at the pool, as it was dirty."

"The AC worked very well. Staff was excellent."

"GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA."

"Excelente atención, lindas instalaciones y servicio muy atento"

The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...
