"I chose Hôtel Imperia Boucherville primarily for its location and the pool, as we were traveling with children during an extremely hot weekend. Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the pool. From the moment we arrived on Friday morning until we checked out on Sunday, the pool water was green (see photos). At no point did it appear that anyone was actively working to resolve the issue, making the pool unusable. This was especially frustrating since...

"Good hotel, clean, rooms in good condition. Bar area staff and reception staff all top notch. Just let down by a 75 minute wait for the hotel shuttle bus."
