"👍👍👍"

"Perfect for 3 people visiting Berlin. Aldi and the train station as soon as you exit the premises. Comfy beds and clean. Great place to stay."

"Parking is free in the street of the hotel, no need to use there parking. The hotel is less then 2 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean and basic."

"If you want an apart hotel in Berlin, this is the place. Unlike many, they also have a luggage store post checkout, which is really useful. The suite rooms are huge and have plenty of amenities. Great views, too."

"Great central location. Apartments are basic but clean, roomy and practical, offering better value for a family than most hotels."

"Had a beautiful little suite. Clean and in great shape. Check-in was at the neighbouring niu hotel. Staff are multicultural and speak English and some German. Minor hiccup with Berlin room tax (shame on you Expedia for not including this) and their credit card terminal not working but we eventually got it sorted out. I’d definitely stay here again"

"Excelente ubicación además de ser un sitio muy limpio, moderno y amplio."

"I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. You are one block from Kurfürstenstraße or...

"Staff were excellent and very helpful"

"The shower smelled like poop. I had to open the windows of my private studio. Won't stay here again and won't recommend to anyone else."

"Alles gut"

"Rente dos habitaciones (una vía Expedia y otra directamente con ellos) y las dos con diferentes amenidades y diferente mobiliario (misma tarifa). Una habitación con fuerte olor que había que mantener la ventana abierta. La limpieza la hacen cada 3 o 4 días, nunca está anunciado esto (al menos vía Expedia no existía tal información) y la recepción nunca nos avisó."

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
