"The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"
