"Very good breakfast"

"We wilden parkeren bij de parkeerplaats van het hotel zelf. Als je daar inrijdt moet je bellen. Het bord geeft aan dat je binnen 20 seconden iemand reactie geeft. Niet dus, na een aantal keren bellen zijn we na 15 minuten achteruit gereden en hebben geparkeerd in een parkeergarage verder. Zeer slechte ontvangst. We waren er vroeg en we wilden onze bagage achterlaten. De medewerkster aan de receptie verstond geen Nederlands en Engels. Ze gaf aan dat we pas om 15.00 uur welkom waren en dat op...

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"The room didnot have an iron, also shaving kits, toothpaste etc were not available. Otherwise, really good experience and the staff was courteous and helpful too."

"The place is quite expensive consider its conditions and amenities but the fact that is only 200m away from the station is super convenient for people who plan to take a train back to the airport. "

"The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are very thick and long and of great quality. The quirkiness of the elevators and room decoration are terrific. It brings a unique vibe to the hotel. The breakfast buffet selections is one of the best I ever had. It was noise free during the week and great to sleep. However Friday night extremly loud music from a venue away and independent of the hotel could be heard. It it not the hotels fault and out of their control but it must be pointed...

"We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Belgium for the first time. They upgraded us to a larger room since we have expedia VIP. Highly recommend booking a room looking out the main street side as it’s a pretty nice view. It was a good offer to have two mini bar items per day when not using the room cleaning service. The only thing we didn’t like was the SUPER STRONG perfume scent in the entrance area of the lobby. "

"This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!"
