"Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was expensive and not many selections. The staff was generally very nice, although when I checked out the staff refused to give me the Expedia discount on drinks, in contrast to what the staff said when I checked in. That was frustrating. The grounds are lovely, but not an easy walk to the city. "

"This was a great hotel for our stay in Florence! It had great amenities (loved the cozy bathrobes and bathroom products) and the breakfast that came included in the price of the room was so delicious. It was the perfect location to walk to all of the major sights and a close walk to the Ponte Veccio. It's bar was very fun for a drink and appetizer in the evening and it was a close walk to the train station. "

"Stay was great. clean room, quiet and well maintained including other areas of the hotel - lobby, reception area. I appreciate the little notecard about the weather delivered to our room and the old-school room key with the keychain. Location was very accessible to the train station and near to all the landmarks. I would stay here again, for sure! Thank you, Albani!"

"We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub hotels in Europe when travelling again."

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"This hotel is not meant for families with kids, which I wish I knew prior to booking. While appropriate for adults, the decor (mobile in room for example is inappropriate for kids) and room functionality (like doors to shower and toilet are not frosted to be private)"
