"The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. "Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet in the hills. "
