We really enjoyed our stay. The reception team were really helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Nice enough room and decent location, and not expensive. But a) staff were not customer friendly, and b) shower was broken ie cold shower each morning. These are easy issues to fix and would have given an improved score.

The room was really big but a little tired in places eg the bathroom. The main issue we suffered was that previously it looks like they did have air conditioning due to the display panel on the wall. However apart from the downstairs lobby no air conditioning was available. We had one fan in the room, required another one that didn’t arrive and each time you went to Reception it was a different person. Location was ok in terms of a decent bar nearby and close to the Enterprise Car rental but wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was a mess - they send you emails in French with a door code at the top which is easily missed. Without it, good luck trying to get into the building. Shower was awful - no pressure and very little water coming out, stuck at around 36 degrees max. Doesn’t seem to have functioning air con even though there is a thermostat in the room. You’re expected to take the rubbish out at the end of the stay.

Ne répondent pas aux messages envoyés via Expedia ou même via leur site. J'ai posé la même question à 3 reprises, par différents moyens, sur 3 jours, et aucune réponse.

Très difficile à trouver. Hébergement mixé à une résidence de personnes âgées donc ils gèrent les deux en même temps. La réceptionniste nous a rien expliqué nous avons dû aller la voir à 3 reprises. De plus, nous lui avons demandé un parking et elle nous a dit on en a plus et finalement il y en plusieurs de disponible. Le rideau de la douche et le bas de la douche est crasseux orangé , ils ne font pas l’effort de le laver car ça part en frottant. Il restait des miettes sur la table du salon. Aussi, il y avait qu’un seul ventilateur pour l’appartement et aucune aération si on laisse les portes ouvertes en plus de se faire manger par les moustiques durant la nuit. Des frais m’ont été chargé sans savoir pourquoi et nous attendons toujours des nouvelles de leur part pour des explications. L’appartement est conçu comme un appartement pour personne à mobilité réduite. Nous ne recommandons pas nécessairement, vous pouvez trouver mieux

Très spacieux mais l’hygiène laisse à désirer (des cheveux partout ). Niveau équipement c’est dommage de ne pas avoir de Clim , un ventilateur n’est pas suffisant en période de forte chaleur.

Appart hôtel un peu excentré mais à 2 pas du tram (CDEF) => 5mn du centre. Personnel très pro et chaleureux. Parties communes chaleureuses et joliment décorées. Appart très grand, literies confortables mais ambiance très froide et impersonnelle, très"médicalisée". Salle de bain assez peu pratique avec une douche à l'italienne qui inonde l' intégralité de la pièce, il manquait un rideau de douche ou mieux une vitre de séparation. Pas de penderie, pas de table à repasser, pas de sèche cheveux. Manque de petites attentions genre un peu de café mais tout de même une petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur à l'arrivée. Au final le rapport qualité prix est excellent (25€ la nuit à 4 dans l'appartement).

Bien desservi pour se rendre dans le centre, mais la rue craint un petit peu (prostitution). Concernant la chambre, il manquait un set de serviette à l’arrivée, et il y avait une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain venant du lavabo bouché. On nous a donné un produit contre les odeurs, mais n’a pas reglé pas trop le problème. Résidence de seniors donc pas trop de bruits, personnel accueillant, et parking securisé!
